The work generally looks akin to the subject depicted, but the eyebrows need more work, as they look a bit too hard if they are observed more closely. Other than the eyebrows, your attempt turned out well.

This looks like a photo that was drawn on with pen. The eyebrows are slightly too heavy and the eyelashes are uneven and unnatural appearing.
