Thanks, it is digital watercolor done in Rebelle, the greatest app of it's kind because it paints just like natural physical watercolor with the same FX__ washes, drips and all automatically . Now it has stencils permitting to contain shapes like masking does. It's better than Artrage and PS combined, I helped develop it with their creators, great guys!
