The hair is very good, I would suggest blending highlights into the hair as well as more shadows. It's really a matter of practice to get it all right. The shading of the eye is great,, however the arm looks very small, I would suggest studying arm lengths compared to body lengths, I get it wrong often as well, arms are pretty hard. Overall nice job.
