A very nice style! You have done very well to get her hands so correct, however I would maybe have another look at that elbow bend. Eyes are excellent, great triangular elements in you composition; if you wanted to add a little more depth to her hair, you could add in a darker undertone, however I like the golden glow the work has overall. Very nice job! =)
