For a first attempt with a graphic tablet it is impressive. However, the face, and the painting needs more blending from my perspective, and more highlights on the left side of the face. The ears stick out slightly due to the lower quantity of detail. I would also try to use more consistency in the fonts of the quotes you use, it is slightly confusing.
