Portraits are the most difficult genre and top grade drawing exercise, I see you're developing your skills by leaps and bounds. Really nice to watch. Let your personal style emerge, don't force it, don't even think about it, just let it come naturally. It will tell you where to take your art as you follow your inspiration, beyond any critique positive or negative.
