She is one of my favorite secondary ocs, I really love her design. (She is a closed species by the way). In my novel, she goes blind, and plunges into an icy lake after refusing to stay grounded to prevent injury from her lack of sight. On her last flight she loses her life to the cold embrace of the lake. Even if she had managed to escape the lake, she would had died because of her wings. Owl wings cannot get completely wet and cold, otherwise they die and drown anyways because they cannot fly. Glacia knew this and let herself sink and suffocate. ~I really have not drawn wings in a long time! But I think they turned out pretty good, I am aware that she has a more masculine body (leg/arm wise), but I tried haha. I edited the photo and put a "cast" over it to appear more blue, and used flash on my phone to create the dark edges. Overall I am happy with how it looks! ~This drawing was made with copic and prismacolor markers, white gel pen, and an outlining pen. ~Any feedback is highly appreciated! ~If you have any questions feel free to ask! ~Reminder that you can reserve a commission slot from me now before I start them in summer!
