I love how soft the piece is, which helps to create a sweet feeling for the viewer. The only things I would have you fix are the bangs and the outline of the face by using the same soft lines that you used to create the rest of the piece. I also love your use of highlights. Overall, great job!

The face and eyes are gorgeous , very well done. I would have refrained from outlining the bangs though, instead I would have done soft strokes of the hair color you used to make it look like bangs instead.
