I wish I had something to critique but there's nothing. It's all so amazingly done, especially his expression. It makes it very realistic. Excellent job!

I feel as if the watermark placed over his face diminishes the emotion and the detail that was put into this work. If it were to be placed at the bottom left or right corner I believe it would be just as effective of a mark but not take away from the work put into your drawing. Otherwise the shading is amazing, I would just suggest cleaner lines on the folds on the top of the hat.
