I have had this character in mind for quite a while, but I have never been able to give him a design that fit his character. He is the same species as Scarlett (rare shapeshifter with the ability to turn into a dragon) and he is the antagonist of the novel I am creating. His name is Sebastian (I may or may not change it). His mother was killed during the war between dragonshifters and common shapeshifters. He seeks revenge through twisting others into corrupted souls of anguish otherwise known as Toska.
