Not bad as an attempt, but I would probably have liked it better if you've also added some shading and thus had made him less circle- but more sphere-like. That's just my personal taste, so you don't have to oblige to it. ;) Anyway, I really like the concept behind this. I can imagine some really interesting results if you try exploring this style more.
