I have to agree with a number of people that it does look like another portrait of Napoleonic-ish thanks mostly because of the costume I decided to put on him. The reference material however us actually an unfinished portrait of King George IV. It's a concept character model for the same make believe world I made that elven woman warrior portrait I made more recently.
