Very strange ! I like that one side of the face goes distorted with a weird eye. The flowers, the blue monotone of the painting make it real dreamlike. The gold leaf lines and shapes give it yet another dimension. Keep it up !

Interesting piece, I really the the juxtaposition of the soft flowers and facial features to the blocks of gold leaf. The use of shadow and light is really nice. I personally don't think the straight lines that cut through the face add anything to the piece they are more confusing than anything in my opinion they just look thrown on. As opposed to everything else which flows nicely. I really like that you rendered the piece in shades of blue it's quite striking like that. Nice.
