It's a great drawing but I think I would like to see it finished. I'm guessing you are leaving it as is for the artistic effect. The left eye (the one on the right side in the picture) looks like it is bulging a bit, the other eye looks perfect.

Great skin and hair texture. I also love the way you have set up the lighting from behind and the way it reflects off the side of the face and the eyes.
