Le Petit Prince with a quote

PinterestAbout this artwork
This is a tribute to the great writer named Jean - Baptiste Antoine Marie Roger de Saint -Exupery , author of The Little Prince . At the end of the Second World War , he was allied airman, and on the eve of his final mission as a reconnaissance pilot , wrote this message and put it on his desk. That fateful day was shot down by a German fighter plane . I firmly believe that is a great message for young reflection today , beyond the consequences it had for this great writer who remains and will remain the largest altars of literature.

The style and medium, coloured pencil, are well suited for this whimsical story. The artwork is well rendered and the layout allows the quote to fit well.

Very nice, you have a great concept of lighting. I especially like the light hitting the glass dome over the rose, great job.
