The shading/details are beautiful! you have definitely used tone really well to bring out the face, the eyes are truly amazing, you have really done the hair really well, you have done this so balance of shade, not too dark and not too light, you've captured the emotion/expression in her face really good, the necklace even as small as it is, stands out, its actually looks shiny, i personally think drawing faces/people is one of the hardest things to do, and you've done it really beautifully, a great piece of art, good job!
