Nice proportions! The medium grey background blends with the gradients of the birds, not allowing them to stand out as the subject of the piece as much as they could. I do like the swirl of the background though. Fun piece. :)

Just looking at the background I wouldn't have guessed it to be a rose, so I'm glad for the hint. While I don't think this is "five star" art, I'm going to give you one to bring the average up a little closer to where I think it should be... we have a lot of harsh critics on here!
