I think flowing water, or water in any way, is very hard to draw in a convincing way. You drawing, though, looks really good. As it's been pointed out before, the difference between glass and water is not always clearly visuable and the glass itself looks a tad bit asymetrical, but all in all, this is a very sophisticated drawing. Keep up practising and you'll clearly become a master of drawing!

Water is really hard to draw but this looks really good and the skills shown are overwhelming. I would suggest that you make it clear what is the glass and what is water in a little area in the middle. Other then that it is beautiful!
