He is an ancient god and rules over the dreams. If you fail to find the essence of your dream he will eat it. The flying masks above his head shred it violently. Your reward may be a nightmare. He only appears rarely. His smile means "Well done", accompanied by a vague laughter.

Beautiful work and I have little to offer in way of critique unfortunately! I'd say that perhaps some darker tones around the facial features such as the eyes, nose, snout and antlers in order to bring them forwards and so describe the character better.
