Good work on the composition, but the colour balance and the perspective on the background could use a lot of work.

It's so beautiful and expressive, the darkness and the creepiness really brings the painting to life, giving the sense of dread and fear that Death brings yo our minds. I also love the way you present the details with such precise brush strokes, makes the painting come onto it's own.
