This is amazing, it almost feels like she is breaking free from something, and the background is just wow.

I really like the background and the way you did her face. Her arms look incredibly stretched out and awkward though, and it doesn't really come across as being intentional. Really nice use of brush strokes overall, particularly in the hair.
