I like the simplicity in this, perhaps some more emphasis on the lips would help give the face a little more life, otherwise it's a nice piece, well done

I spent some months transferring medical records from one EMR system into another. It always astounded me how large childrens' eyes are in relation to their face. You've done a good job here by taking note of that very aspect of human proportion.
