Try to make the grading on the skin smoother with greater emphases on the shadow play ... as for the hair, I'm far from an expert but, try go get more detailed hair strands with contrasty complements of light and dark tones, that seems to work well.

The eye is very detail, I LOVE the reflection but you kinda neglect other detail such as hair and upper nose, but very good job on the eye! :D

Very beautiful and realistic reflection in the eye ... but the skin and the hear needs a bit more shading, more gradients.

okay i needed to come back because i keep looking at this. sure. first time i looked at this is thought "the nose and the cheek look unnatural and the hair also looks a bit off, just the eyes are impressing". but do you know what? i can't look away from this drawing, it's stunning. so i don't care if it's not perfect. I'm in love with it!
