This is a drawing that i just finished of Jemima West as Isabelle Lightwood in the movie The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. I used 4H-8B wood pencil as well as a mechanical pencil with HB lead.

not bad, however I think that in some places lines should be a bit smoother (left cheek, right shoulder, eyes looks not in the same line but maybe it's just me) :)

You have a great sense of proportion and your shading shapes the girl wonderfully, I think you just need to practice applying more realistic shading and you will be perfect.
