This painting is fantastic! The vivid colours really underline her image as an "icon" of the 20th century and I love the way you let the colours drop down to the bottom of the painting. To me, they suggest Marilyn's fate of dying too soon and being viewed as the wishful thinking of the perfect woman, what is, in the end, just a dream.
