I like the veins on the heart! The left thumb looks off though - from that angle it should be straight, not bent like that. Or, if you want to keep the bend, then the view should be of the top of the thumb and thumbnail, not the pad of the thumb. You might also want to lengthen the lines of both index fingers to make the joints a little clearer and better define the intermediate phalanges
