A Hetalia OC, Rio de Janiero. This is Rio participating in the Carnival de Janiero. I tried to make it authentic, and this is what I could get. Los Siento et Je me souviens pour the Brazilians who may get angry at the inaccuracy (//slapped Neither of that is Portuguese!)
