The ruffles on the collar look sweet, they give a really nice sense of fabricy material. The hair could do with a little more detail, it doesn't quite look fiberous. It's important to keep the ammount of black down when rendering white hair, but full length strokes would probably be more effective in defining the sense of fibers. I like your use of varied line weight, giving the hat brim and the silhouette of the hair a stronger outline, I just noticed that you drew the lips as well in addition to the painted on teeth: you probably could have gotten away with one or the other, but took the time to include both. Nice attention to detail, there. X3
