Description:
This is a drawing that I just finished of Tom Hardy as Bane in the Dark Knight Rises. I decided to try and do this one as an inverted drawing, which I think turned out pretty well. I did, however, make it far too small to be thoroughly detailed, although I kind of like the rough feel it gives the drawing. On the right is the regular drawing, on the left is the inverted. Quarter for scale and color reference. The drawing took me 3.5 hours, using .5,.3, & .7 mm mechanical pencils with HB lead, 4H-9H Derwent Graphic wood pencils, and half a sheet of A5 Pacon medium weight sketch paper (~6x4 inches). Comments and critiques accepted and appreciated.

This is awesome. It's actually hard to believe, that the drawing on right is the original one. You did stellar job with this! It's even more awesome when I think it's small size. How you managed to put all those details in such small scale. Well done.
