This one has a sniper rifle. I've not given out a sniper rifle to my dudes in too long. When your three barreled Gatling gun just doesn't reach, there is the sniper rifle to make sure nobody escapes your field of engagement. Wielding it one handed like this requires robotic or cyborbic arm stabilizing and probably a wireless camera scope that can send video to the helmet. Last thing to note is that there are tally marks scratched into his chest plate, implying that he's the type that likes to keep count.
