About this artwork
Lira stole a warm dragon egg on a dare. It hatched that night—Ashwing came out already growing, and the old blood-pact bound them before she could stop it. By morning the landlord was pounding. She grabbed scraps and heels and ran. Ashwing followed through the walls into an empty townhouse. Now he watches the door. She stays.
