About this artwork

Ed Schaap's 'Speedsters' transports viewers into a dreamlike realm where the intersections of the natural and mythical world manifest. These creatures, powered by the ethereal energy of lightning orbs, embody the spirit of the wild, converging with elements of agriculture and wildlife in a mesmerizing display. The rich yellow and green hues against the surreal background suggest a harvest time, merging with the theme of 'Speedsters' as heralds of news and change.
