The 'Dream World' is so big that dreams do not arise in one place but in several places. It may be that the inhabitants of one place are not aware of these places, also that completely different kinds of beings are born there. How strange that one of these beings suddenly docks in one of their ports. Everyone from these port cities comes to see and wants to greet the new guests.
