you are lucky to get close ..Went to Australia Zoo last year was at least 500 metres from one ..boy they are tall.....and yes great close up...love their tongues ...

Certainly felt privileged and extremely lucky to be able to get so close to such a beautiful animal. They are amazing to see when up so close as you really get a sense of how big they really are. Their tongues are amazing.

One of my favourite animals! This guy stood up beside our treetop lodge. Loved seeing him close up. Happy with the way this photo turned out. Think it was one of my better animal photos
