C is for Clover

In an effort to put more of my love of horror and monsters in my art, I'm making an alphabetical bestiary of movie monsters. I'm also experimenting with some mediums I don't normally use. Our next entry is the kaiju from Cloverfield, nicknamed Clover. I've always liked the design of this monster and was surprised at how great it was in the film. The stark white of its skin was a great stand out against the dark and fiery scenery. But anyway, I'm trying to include various types of monsters from different genres. So we've got the giant monster down now. Next entry is from a little underrated flick that asks a classic question: What results from playing God? Made with watercolor, ink, colored pencils and acrylics.
