Red and Gold

Description:

The composition of the picture suffers from the fact that I drew the man in first, then built the background and woman in the fire around him, not expecting the woman to take the center stage. It raises the question, "Why isn't this idiot looking at her? What's with the bored look on his face?" But the picture still marked a step forward in my painting, so I'm posting it anyway.
