So this is basically an Avatar/Frozen (Frozatar?) cross over that is based on the fact that Elsa is the avatar instead of Korra and can use her water and air elements together to create Ice bending. I tried really hard to mix both traditional southern water tribe get up with Elsa's dress... how do you think I did?
