There are always alot of problems with clothing, getting them to hang right is very similar to adding weight to hair, getting them to hang right and feel like they conform to the shape of the body is always a challenge, I'd suggest studying a wide range of photos of Similar poses to see how the clothes hang, and revisit this piece But saying that, I do like how you drew this piece although it does seem like she is a little too slim around her legs and hips, the hips in general would be about the same size as the chest keep drawing and have fun
