Charles Dexter Ward, possessed by the spirit of the evil sorcerer, Joseph Curwen, from the film, THE HAUNTED PALACE (1963). Any way you conjure it, it's my latest art work up of Vincent Price. Charcoal pencils, Mars black acrylics, and some digital colorization....

Another bloody, horrible and fascinating Vincent, a great 20th century silver screen classic character you do so well! I like the cold colour scheme.

Thanks...it was originally just black and white but I wasn't satisfied with it, so I uploaded it and doodled around with it...coloring it digitally. I like it MUCH better now!!! :D

Wow! this is very good, you show a great deal of skill with your chosen materials and the digital colourizition was a nice touch. I also quite like what you did with the dripping borderlining the portrait, gives an appropriate feeling to what it is depicting.

Thank you!! It looked a little dull in black and white so I uploaded it and played around with chroma. I like it better now. :)
