Well I see your efforts so that´s why I give you some advice. It is good work though. You could ask yourself: Why I am doing a character reference sheet? What is the purpose of that. You try to describe your character, his looks and behavior. You gave her a background story and a name. That´s great so far. But a character design sheet is something crafted for other artists to get to know how to draw your character. As an artist I would like to see more. Different Poses and Expressions. How does she stand? Does she walk straight or lazy? Is she often annoyed or cheerfull. You can transport that by adding sketches of poses. And they don´t need to be rendered out. A rough sketch with lineart might be enough. Maybe some color blocking. So my advice is, try to get as much variation as possible in your sheets. But this is your first try? Amazing work so far! Keep going ;)
