Good attempt but eyes seem wrong to me, too large and a little wonky. Also you can see the outline of the pencil around the chin, jaw neck and shoulders. You wouldn't see this in reality, those lines should be blended in with a blending stump or tissue to give a totally realistic look. Good attempt though, keep it up.
