Don't know anything about this character and am always hesitant to make a rash decision on appearances alone, but this person looks like she's a bit into "rough trade". To me, the drawing is effective because I sense a feeling of power in the character.

I really appreciate this. Cressida is a character from Mockingjay, so yeah she is tough.
