My Patronus, the Thestral

If you're going to comment, can I have proper critiques, as much as it's lovely to see you're comments they do not help me improve my work So, ages ago, I did the quizzes on Pottermore, my house is Hufflepuff and my patronus is the Thestral (Which I've heard is a rare patronus) I've been meaning to draw this for ages and one day I'll draw myself as a Hogworts student. My wand is: Apple wood with a dragon heartstring core 12 1/2" and slightly springy flexibilty

Are you trying to make it more realistic? If so, looking up references is always a great help to me. The lighting of the Thestral could be shaded right along the outlines of it to make it seem like it's truly radiating light, and the facial features could also be a bit more detailed, again, another great reason to use references. I really do love this though, you're already doing an amazing job!

Quite an interesting variation on the winged horse theme...the design calls forth something more primal as opposed to the more serene appearance we're used to
