I love how the iris and the inside of the eye are drawn! The "lights" in the eye look very bright and they make a stunning contrast with the rest! However, I would like to point out that I think the distance between the eye and the nose is too short? (or maybe it just looks so in the photograph). Also, it would be more realistic if the eyelashes were a bit longer and fewer since most of them "stick together" and tend to look like an individual hair. Looking forward for the final piece!^^

Yes, of course.. but you see, there is more work than just that. I put it this progression into effect and worked my drawings through. But not ALWAYS the eye and the nose have to be exactly what the viewer want. It shows the difference in most people who has different genetics.
