The green in the eyes draws my attention to the face. Is she a street dweller begging for a handout ? She has kind of a lost, sad expression. Doesn't she have any friends ? I like the way the figure is over a sunburst effect. Makes it look like an hallucination. Keep it up !

Me and the person who asked me to draw her liked the green eyes too. Don't worry, she was drawn to be sitting with tea, not beg in her panties. Though I guess it could look like that. The sunburst effect you mentioned might be the vintage effect with the texture backdrop.
