I like the unusual color scheme in this one. The turquoise green on the dragon , yellow bands on the neck and green and red speckles on the top and side borders make this a decorative piece. The purple in the eye and the hard edge line drawing add to the effect. This would make a good print, I believe. I like it !

I'd recommend that you try to be more consistent with your shading. There appears to be only a couple bits of shading, which are on the head, eyes, and horns. You should either shade everything or nothing, going in-between will just lower the overall quality.
