Sagume Kishin, the 4th stage boss of Touhou 15: Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom. She has the ability to reverse the things she says, for example if she says the world isn't going to end in the next 5 minutes, the world is definitely going to end in the next 5 minutes. What a terrible power. Her theme is so underrated, I couldn't find many remixes to listen to while drawing this. ;-; Happy new year everyone! New year, new art!
