Aw! We have a parakeet that looks like that and a cockatiel but he is dark gray! Sadly our neighbor gave us the parakeet, and it isn't accustomed to being handled, but we have had our cockatiel Grady for almost 10 years and he is something else! They share a cage and the parakeet is always trying to snuggle up to Grady but Grady won't let him xD! This reminds me of them.
