The facial expression is very good, it has a lot of emotion and the profile and shading of the eye is amazing. However, the neck is a bit awkward, the line between the hair and the neck is too harsh and makes the neck look wavy. There are also an overabundance of neck stress lines and it does not go well with the picture. It is also a bit too long. The shading of the hair is very lovely, but the strands on the top are a bit awkward, I would have added more and made it more natural. Otherwise, great job! And I love the background.
