Warcraft 2 Zul'Jin Observation Drawing (traditiona

About this artwork

A friend of mine suggested i draw a warcraft character for practice, since my mind was blank and i didn't know what to draw. This is the image i nabbed off of google http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/b/bc/Zuljinconcept.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20111028021322 I'm not sure if the image is official blizzard artwork or a fans work, if anyone has any idea let me know.
